The Department Stakeholder Group is composed of a broad cross-section of Mandeville Fire/EMS employees. The department stakeholders utilized the full feedback from the community stakeholders in understanding the current challenges encountered within the organization.
Over the course of three days this group conducted sessions to:
- discuss the organization’s approach to Community-Driven Strategic Planning,
- evaluate and update departments Mission and Values,
- identify Core Programs and Support Services,
- conduct a SWOT Analysis,
- pinpoint Critical Issues and Skill Gaps,
- identify Strategic Initiatives, and
- define the Goals and Objectives of the strategic plan.
