National Emergency Letter from Chairman Dobson

Chief Moore and members of Fire Protection District 4:

I would like to take this means on behalf of your Board of Commissioners and myself, to express to each of you our sincere appreciation for the very outstanding service each of you are providing to the citizens of our community during this National Emergency, as well as when life is “normal”.

Your professionalism shines through and it has not gone un-noticed. I also want to thank your family members for the hardships they are encountering while our personnel are on duty.

These are trying times for our nation and the world and with God’s help, we will get through it in a timely fashion. As professionals each of us has a duty to help insure that our citizens remain calm and not panic. We all need to heed the advice of our President and Vice-President as well as the CDC and our local health officials. By doing this we will minimize the risk. I ask each of you to assist in spreading the “calm” message to our citizens whenever you have an opportunity to do so.

Rest assured, that your Board of Commissioners are committed to provide our Fire District with the best equipment and supplies available and as our budget permits. Please stay safe and keep up the great service to our citizens!

Respectfully,
Wm. H. "Bill" Dobson

Wm. H. Dobson, LPI
